Trying to get in shape? Me too. I've been eating healthy and exercising to try to reverse the effects of 12 hour work days and no vacation for the last 6 years. Time flies when you're multitasking!
I've been doing P90X 3 and slowly getting back to where I want to be. I am NOT at this point! Check out these fitness psychos do a 3 person stacked push up. I might attempt this in the future once I'm in shape. That would require me getting 2 of my friends to also get in shape, so the outlook isn't good.
