STUDY: Working Over 39Hrs a Week is a Health Hazard

Shout out to the team at Australian National University! They recently did a study stating that working more than 39 hours a week is actually hazardous to your health. The study, published in the Social Science & Medicine journal, says work hour health limits for men are 43.5 hours weekly and 38 hours for women. Working more hours than that results in mental health decline.
