In an effort to help raise awareness about heart disease in women, The City of North Miami Beach and the Commission on the Status of Women (COSW) will host its 5th Annual Heart Health Walk on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Patricia A. Mishcon Athletic Field, 16601 NE 15th Avenue. Gates will open at 8:00 a.m. for walk registration, with the Heart Walk and Health Fair commencing at 9:00 a.m. Festivities will continue until 1:00 p.m. The event will feature a 2.6 mile walk around beautiful Snake Creek Canal, food vendors, health information booths, a farmers market, games, raffles, prizes, entertainment and much more!
