Most of us fell in love with her on NBCs This Is US and last night Chrissy Metz won our hearts all over again with her TV singing debut on the 2019 ACM Awards sharing the stage with country acts like Carrie Underwood, Lauren Alaina, Mickey Guyton and Maddie & Tae. Together they performed "I'm Standing with You," a track off the soundtrack for the new film Breakthrough in which Metz stars as Joyce Smith.
Breakthrough is based on a true story of a mother, Joyce Smith, who prayed her son John Smith back to life after he fell through a frozen lake and died and how this miracle impacted an entire community.
I was thrilled to host the Miami screening of the movie and to bring in the stars on this episode of #CHATSwithGiGi.
