I get so excited when I see Latin artists doing great things. It fills my heart with pride. J Balvin has been riding a big wave of success for the past year. He had an incredible performance on the Coachella stage, he also announced he’d be hitting the road on a 25 date tour “Arcoíris” with Lyanno and Eladino Carrion, he's the first Latino artist to headline Lollapalooza, and he’s making history as the first reggaetonero to perform on SNL.
The news came out on SNL’s Twitter account after they posted an image to tease Saturday’s season finale guests. Balvin will be hitting the stage along with SZA, DJ Khaled, Big Sean, and others.
