Through a sweet post, literally, Katy Perry has officially buried the hatchet with Taylor Swift. “Peace at last“ was written in icing on the top of a plate full of chocolate chip cookies on her most recent Instagram post. The caption read “feels good 🧡@taylorswift"
The feud between the two singers has gone on for years and while the details of where it started aren’t entirely clear, some say it’s because both of them dated Singer John Mayor, others say it’s simply the competitive nature of the two stars, and Swift once said:
“She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational — You would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it.”
This comment was made by Swift to Rolling Stone magazine in 2014.
Whatever happened in the past appears to have been left there by both singers. Hopefully they really are over it for good because I would love a collab between these two!
