‘Girls Do Porn’ Cameraman Admits He Lied to Women So They’d Film Sex Scenes

This is crazy. I read this story on Vice and I'm at a loss for words.

Twenty-two women are suing Girls Do Porn owner Michael Pratt, the company's main videographer Matthew Wolfe, and its main actor and director Ruben “Andre” Garcia, claiming that they were lied to about the films being modeling work instead of porn, coerced into having sex on camera once they got to hotel rooms for filming, and then lied to about how the videos would be distributed.

The ladies went into the casting thinking they were going in for modeling work. The say they were then coerced into sex and were promised the videos would not be posted online anywhere but rather sold on DVDs in other countries like Australia. But regardless of this promise the videos were soon posted to Pornhub and YouPorn and, needless to say, the ladies suffered from harassment and other repercussions.

Vice president of Pornhub Corey Price said in a statement:

Upon learning of this issue, Pornhub contacted the Girls Do Porn team to identify the videos in question so they could be removed from the Girls Do Porn channel. Since Girls Do Porn did not respond to our outreach efforts, we contacted the lawyer representing the plaintiffs in this case. With their help, we were able to confirm which videos belonged to the plaintiffs in this case, and immediately removed the videos from its site, as well as any other images that may feature one of the plaintiffs.

But the site still hosts the Girls Do Porn channel, which carries multiple videos with over 600 million views.
