Well this is great news!! A new study from the University College of London claims that going to the movie theater can be just as healthy as working out at the gym. Best news of the year!!
Researchers observed 77 people to check their heart rates during a film and they found that it was actually similar to light exercise. The movie the people observed watched was the 2019 live-action version of Aladdin. So the movie doesn't even need to be something that has you on the edge of your seat. Even light fun movies work!
According to the study, going to the movies is also good for mental health which we absolutely believe!
