The battle over Britney Spears's future continues to take sharp and dramatic turns! Now her little sister Jamie Lynn Spears is involved, and she's been named the trustee of her sister's fortune!
Now, it's no secret that Britney's life is full of drama, and the entire family has been involved in numerous battles, but this appears to actually be good news! The relationship between the sisters is reportedly a very positive one!
As reported by Us Weekly, "When Britney dies, Jamie Lynn will receive 'the entire principal of the Trust, including all accused and undistributed and unrealized income,” according to the docs. That income will be combined with 'any insurance on the settlor’s life or other assets payable to the Trust as a result of settlor’s death [and will be] distributed by the Trustee to the trustee or co-trustee of the BJS Kids & Family Trust.'”
