According to The National Weather Service; Miramar recorded almost 16 inches of rain while in Miami-Dade County, Carol City tops the list at 7.96 inches of total rainfall
Lots of areas are still repairing the damage this Tuesday. Don't expect the coronavirus testing site at Hard Rock Stadium to reopen today. With more than a foot of water in some areas of the parking lot, Florida Division of Emergency Management officials don't anticipate being able to reopen the site until tomorrow or maybe even Thursday.
