A viral TikTok video of a man sharing that he paid for Tinder Plus so he can change his location to “swipe in the Olympic Village and date an Olympian” has inspired others to do the same.

Reed Kavner’s plan seems to have worked, as the clip shows accounts belonging to Olympians including Estonian biathlete Grete Gaim and Canadian swimmer Katerine Savard.

Savard even commented on his video, but Kavner now regrets sharing his idea, tweeting that “Olympic village is now flooded with non-Olympians.”
