Britney Spears’ Conservatorship Case Heads Back To Court ‘to Deal With Financial And Accounting Matters’
Britney Spears’ conservatorship case is going back to court to "settle financial and accounting matters,” says Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart.
Rosengart requested the hearing as a “safety net” for her estate which will be handled by certified public accountant John Zabel, who will handle transferring Spears’ assets and managing her trust.
Rosengart has also confirmed that Britney’s father, Jamie P. Spears, has been ducking a deposition where he will be questioned about recording devices he placed in her home and inside her cell phone.
"If Britney wants, we will pursue James Spears' deposition," he added. Rosengart also called out Jamie, stating: "This conservatorship was corrupted by James P. Spears."
