The federal government wants to make it easier for Americans to click that 'unsubscribe' button.
A new initiative called 'Time Is Money' will include new regulations that keep companies to make it difficult to cancel subscriptions or memberships.
White House adviser Neera Tanden says companies "waste people's money and waste people's time" with "paperwork, hold times and general aggravation".
The FCC will begin its efforts this week.
