Working out is good for you, but new data shows men who spend time working out tend to have a lower libido.
Researchers asked 1,100 U.S. men to respond to an online poll about their sex lives as well as their exercise habits. They found men who worked out less intensely wanted more sex, but there was a clear "tipping point" at which exercise started to ruin sex lives.
Men who exercise intensely for long periods of time were either too tired to have sex or were simply not interested any more. Researchers suggest fertility specialists consider asking men how much exercise they do if their partners are trying to conceive.
