An update on the death of a University of Miami student.
Authorities don't suspect foul play in the death 21-year-old Nicolas De Lavalette. He was found unresponsive in his off-campus apartment in South Miami on Wednesday afternoon.
A pending autopsy will determine a cause of death.

A death investigation at the University of Miami.
Members of the school's Zeta Beta Tau confirmed that their fraternity brother Nicolas de Lavalette had died. De Lavalette was a junior and an undeclared arts and sciences major. He lived alone at the Red Road Commons housing complex on SW 57th Avenue and 66th Street.
His cause of death remains under investigation.
The incident, according to the school's news journal, was reportedly an accident and is under investigation by Miami-Dade County Homicide Bureau.
