President Trump's one-time campaign chairman has been told to surrender to federal authorities. "The New York Times" reports Paul Manafort and former business associate Rick Gates have been told to surrender this morning.
These are the first arrests in the special counsel's investigation into accusations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian interference in last year's election.
Manafort is reportedly planning to turn himself in and the indictment is expected to be unsealed later today.
