The man accused of murdering two people, including an Orlando police officer, is due back in court this morning.
Markeith Loyd could face the death penalty for shooting and killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Sade Dixon, and OPD Lieutenant Debra Clayton last January. According to WFTV, today's hearing will include updates from both defense and prosecution attorneys.
It is not known whether there will be any discussion of Loyd's offer made at a hearing in October to take a lie-detector test.
