Millions of Floridians lost electricity after Hurricane Irma hit the state last September and the Public Service Commission is hoping to avoid a repeat when the next storm blows in. So the PSC is holding a workshop in Tallahassee today and tomorrow.
Representatives of private and public utilities will discuss ways they can better deal with storm damage, downed power lines and power outages.
