(Tallahassee, FL) -- There's a new website designed to help Florida businesses prepare for and recover from hurricanes and other disasters. The state Department of Economic Opportunity has announced the launch of FloridaDisaster.biz.
The DEO says the website features a disaster planning toolkit, critical disaster updates from the State Emergency Operations Center, and a damage assessment survey to help businesses get back up and running after an emergency. Governor Rick Scott says FloridaDisaster.bizwill help businesses make safe and informed decisions for themselves, their employees and their customers.
